Where is my order?

All orders are shipped out from our warehouse within 3-4 business days of purchase

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and additional emails with tracking advice once your order is shipped.

We will reach out to you in the event your order is delayed.

Where is my tracking number?

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Once your order has left our facility we no longer have any contact or control over it and you will need to reach out to the courier directly for further information. 

How To Return My Items?

Returns will only be accepted for incorrect or faulty items

How do I cancel my order

Depending on when your order was placed, cancellations may not be possible.

Please note, your order cannot be cancelled if it has shipped.

Please contact us using our submission form within 24 hours of placing the item(s) and we’ll get back to you within business hours to make things right!

What do I do if I received a damaged product?

International Shipping

We ship internationally! 

Please note that international orders shipping via USPS are subject to longer transit times and duties/taxes.

This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local countries duties and taxes. 

Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. 

For international orders that have been in-transit for more than 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package is available for pickup or has otherwise been held up due to customs fees.

Why are so many things sold out?

We keep all our releases tight and dont like the idea of excess inventory.

Whilst in general we dont do re-runs, if you see something you like the best way to make sure you dont miss out next time is to drop your email into the subscriber list.
